The pictures on this site are illustrations in the style of a pen and watercolour drawing, not photographs. Each is adapted from a photograph by a contributor to Geograph Britain and Ireland, shared under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 licence, and each link below goes to the original. The illustrations follow their photographs closely, but their light, weather and skies are changed, overhead wires and poles are taken out, and the detail is drawn rather than recorded, so please go by the originals for how a place really looks. They are shared under the same licence. The pictures of the main hall and of its Christmas social and auction lots are adapted from ones the hall published. Some of the smaller pictures, of things like a teapot and a gavel, are illustrations made without a photograph.

The home page's picture of the hall changes more than the others. It is drawn after a photograph of the hall from the road by Jonathan Billinger and one of an oak on the road from Mynydd-bach to Itton by Ruth Sharville. The forecourt is tidied, the windows are lit in the evening, and the oak does not really stand there.

The parish map is drawn from OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database Licence. The history on the story page lists its own sources.
