Very little, and nothing sold.

This website is run for Itton & Howick Village Hall, registered charity 1064058.

No tracking

There is no advertising, and no tracking cookies. The site remembers your text size and colour choice on your own device, and that is all it stores there. As you plan a day on the hire page, the page's address keeps your choices so that you can share them. It never holds anything you type, such as your name.

If you write to the hall

When you send an enquiry, what you typed goes to the hall's trustees so that they can answer you. It is not kept on the website, and it is not shared with anyone else. The trustees keep emails only as long as they need them.

The 100 Club

The Treasurer keeps a membership register of names, addresses, emails and numbers in order to run the draw, as the club's rules set out.
